"Mississippi's newest U.S. senator was in Philadelphia Friday, talking to officials there and stumping for votes.
"Roger Wicker made a stop at Williams Brothers Store. While there, he talked about some of the major projects he hopes to influence in Washington.
"Among those is the four-laning of Highway 19 from Collinsville to Philadelphia, which local officials say really needs to be done."
